CCA Team conducted the 1st Elite championship for KDCA Players in 2011 at SRDF Vivekananda Vidyalaya with a grand success.More than 250 players actively participated in the Championship.

In 2013, We decided to conduct 2nd Elite chess championship in a State Level. When we thought about the venue, SRDF Vivekananda vidyalaya supported us unconditionally to organise the Mega tournament.
Event attracted more than 400 players from various districts of Tamil Nadu. leading national & Asian Players also participated in the event and added flavor to the championship.
GM.R.B.Ramesh shared his experience & gave prizes to the players. Manoharan(Vijaya Hardwares), R.Ve. krishna(Founder of CCA), Ganesh Chokkalingam(Asst. Correspondent of SVVV) and other respected dignitaries actively participated in the Prize Distribution function.
